Once you make a booking, the reservation becomes binding. The landlord will send you a confirmation.

Rates & Visitor's Tax
Prices do not include the visitor's tax charged by the city of Titisee-Neustadt:
 
* €3.00 per person per night
* Kinder bis 5 Jahre: frei
* Children ages 6–16: €1.60 per night
 
The visitor's tax is mandatory and will be billed separately prior to arrival.

Cancellation
* Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
* After that: 50% of the trip price
* No-show without cancellation: 100%

Pets
Dogs are welcome only by prior arrangement.
We only allow one dog per stay.
Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment.
Fee: €40.00 per stay.

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, please note the following:
 
* No parties
* No loud gatherings
* Be considerate of quiet hours and neighbors
* Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment
* Registered individuals and animals only
* Minimum age: 20

Note
 
The accommodation and its inventory must be treated with care and respect. Any damage caused by the guest must be reported immediately. As a general rule, the guest’s liability insurance covers damage caused by the guest. We are not liable for the guest’s personal belongings.
